As we enter into the weekend Broad Street Movers would like to update its existing clients and future customers about the actions we have taken to ensure the safety of our employees and our customers and the actions we plan to take in the immediate future.
- We voluntarily complied with the City of Philadelphia’s order for all non-essential business to cease operations as of 3/17/2020.
- Based on the order issued by Governor Wolf to all non life-sustaining businesses we will cease operations until further notice.
We are planning to resume normal operations on April 25th, 2020. Unfortunately, that date is subject to change and we will make frequent updates via social media and directly to our existing clients.
Please know that we are doing everything in our power to work with customers during these uncertain times. While our trucks are not operating we are working from home and are able to answer any questions or concerns M-F, 9am-5pm. We are also taking the following actions for our clients.
- We will waive our existing refund policy for deposits. If you need to cancel your move for any reason relating to the current pandemic we will issue an immediate refund.
- We will waive our existing rescheduling policy. We will allow customers as many reschedules as necessary in order to find a move date that works for everyone.
Thank you for your ongoing patience and understanding, The Broad Street Team
