In some cases, we can bring your furniture through a window or balcony. Hoisting is done at the discretion of your moving crew. If they feel that a particular situation is unsafe or will lead to damaging your items, they will refuse to hoist.
Yes. We usually have to disassemble items like beds, tables, and desks to get them out of your current apartment or home. There is no additional charge for this and we will reassemble any items that we take apart.
Yes. You may leave the drawers in the furniture, but be sure to empty the contents. We also recommend that you remove all shelves from your furniture. Please be sure to remove the small pins or dowels that support the shelves.
Please use the following link to secure parking for the day of your move. Unless your building has off street parking or a loading dock, we will need you to secure parking. Please note: you will need to apply for the parking permit at least 4 business days prior to your move. Once you receive your approved application you must then go to your local police headquarters to pick up the placards. Please fill out and post the placards at least 24 hours before your move. The customer is responsible for all parking tickets.

No. All moving jobs require a crew of at least 3 movers.
You have several options here. You can pack your clothes in boxes, plastic tubs, or suitcases. You can also pack them in wardrobe boxes. You can either buy these yourself or rent them from us on the day of the move. Each wardrobe box holds about 2 feet of hanging clothes. The last option is to leave the clothes on their hangers and then cover them with a trash bag to prevent them from getting dusty.
Your moving team will wrap your television in a thick, quilted moving pad when they arrive. They will do the same for your furniture and larger pictures and mirrors.
We only move upright pianos from the first floor to the first floor. There is an additional fee for this service.
